This is our introductory instructional program for adults with little to no curling experience. You will learn the fundamentals of curling: techniques, rules, strategy, and etiquette. You will also practice your newly acquired skills in game situations with your classmates, supported by your instructors. Upon completion of this program our Greenhorn League is your next step. Our goal is to ensure that all participants enjoy their experience on and off the ice in a welcoming inclusive environment. 🥌All equipment will be provided. Helmets are recommended. 🥌Particpants should wear loose and comfortable clothing ( jeans are not recommended). Please bring a change of shoes to change into prior to going on the ice. Soft soled rubber runners are the best.
