Club Coach Workshop Lakefield Curling Club – October 24-25, 2026
Club Coach Youth is designed for coaches who do not require certification but become involved on a voluntary (and often short-term) basis. Participants tend to work with curlers of all ages who are new to the sport, but most particularly with U-12 Curlers. Coaches who take this 1-day workshop will become “Club Coach Youth Trained”. This coach will be able to instruct beginning curlers and youth curlers. A Club Coach Youth instructor will concentrate on the technical skills and leading curlers in activities that are age suitable and technically correct.

**PLEASE NOTE: In order to register, participants require an NCCP number. If you do not already have one, you will have to register with the Coaches Association of Canada. Participants can register for an NCCP number here: https://thelocker.coach.ca/account/login
Prerequisite: Participants must be 14 years of age or older on the first day of the workshop.
